By using FFmpeGo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

We provide a hosted FFmpeg API billed by compute seconds and monthly request caps per plan. Features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the API for illegal content, copyright infringement, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. Free tier limits are hard caps. You may optionally buy pay-as-you-go credits, which are consumed only after your plan's monthly allowance. Failed API requests (non-2xx) are not billed for compute.

Credits and auto top-up

Credits are prepaid compute seconds sold in packs from $10 (1 credit = 1 compute second). Credits are non-refundable and never expire. If you enable auto top-up, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method the amount you configure whenever your credit balance falls below the threshold you set, without further action from you. You can change or disable auto top-up at any time in the dashboard; we may also disable it automatically after repeated payment failures. We will not charge you without a purchase you initiated or an auto top-up you enabled.
