Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
FFmpeGo ("we", "us") operates an API service for video and audio processing. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account email and authentication data (via Supabase Auth)
- API usage metrics: request counts, compute seconds, timestamps
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Media URLs or payloads you submit to the API for processing
How we use data
We use your information to provide the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Encode inputs are processed transiently on our workers and not retained after the job completes unless required for debugging an incident you report.
Third parties
We use Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting/compute). Each has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
